Welcome Home

We lived here for over 4 years and had a traffic experience. We liked it so much that we moved to a bigger apartment across the hall after our first year there. The staff is so nice and always helpful with any questions I ever had. Also, I really like Barrewoods location. It's only 20 minutes from downtown, right down from North Oak, and a few minutes from Liberty. After living in this area, I'd even consider buying around here too.

I have only lived here for a few months but I truly have had no complaints! It's tucked away in a quiet area, and you're not far from anything you might need. I love the way it looks from the outside, and the apartment inside is clean and decently spacious. The front office is also beyond friendly and helpful. I once put in a maintenance request at 3:45 and when I came home at 5:00 it had already been fixed! If I were to leave, it would only be so I could be closer to work and the city.

Love how clean and "homey" the property feels. The staff is always helpful. I love how we are out of the city, but not too far away from anything.

I've been meaning to write a review for months & now that I have relocated to Iowa I realize just how wonderful living at Barrewoods was. The apartments are in a beautiful, quiet area with easy central access to anything you could want. Apartments are top of the line with super reasonable rates (totally worth it!) The staff is INCREDIBLE. Actually care and super helpful and always helped me with a smile- thank you for that! If I didn't have to leave KC, I would still be at this wonderful apartment complex. Definitely worth checking out and calling your next home!!

Enjoyed living here for 3 years. Ultimately left due to roommates financial troubles for a slightly bigger place for a bit cheaper.

High end apartments very nice well constructed. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. When stopping buy months after moving for business purposes they even remembered us by name and what building we lived in. If you want a nice place to love with a good community take a look here.
